Any discrepancies in product representation will not be considered grounds for return or refund unless the product is defective.3. Orders and Payments
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
- Payments must be made at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods include major credit card through Paymate gateway and bank deposit. we also except payments from funding providers.
- Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect orders already confirmed.
4. Shipping and Delivery

Custom orders: Take between 5 -10 days depending on the product ordered. Large custom orders (with many custom products) may take longer. Please contact us for an eta. business days and shipped according to the chosen shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping services. - Shipping

5. Returns and Refunds
- Refunds for Faulty Items: Refunds are available only for items that are faulty upon arrival. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require evidence of the fault (e.g., photos or a description of the issue) to process your refund.
No Change of Mind Policy: Due to the nature of custom products and hygiene considerations, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. This policy is in place to ensure the quality and safety of our products.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. If the returned item does not meet our standards (e.g., used, damaged, or missing parts not due to fault), we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Return Procedure: To initiate a return for a faulty item, please contact us for return address details. We will send you a delivery bag and set up pick up for your item from your chosen address.

Exchanges and Refunds Exclusions:
- Sensory Chews, Chewie's, and Oral Motor Items: For hygiene reasons, these items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless there is a fault with the item.
- Sensory Dough, Clay, Foam, and Other Moldable Products: Due to hygiene reasons, these products are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless faulty.
- Custom-Made Items: Any custom-made items are not eligible for exchange or refund unless faulty.
- Goods Purchased by Trade Customers and Distributors: These goods may not be returned unless they are faulty.
Discretion: In certain cases, Sensory Tree may, at its sole discretion, offer a refund, replacement, or store credit, even if the item does not strictly meet the conditions outlined in our return policy. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and any decision made by Sensory Tree will be final.

Unless the goods are faulty or sent in error, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
