The best way to place an order is by creating an account via the ‘My Account’ on the top right of any page on our website Creating an Account is quick and easy and will allow you to track your order and collect loyalty points to redeem on future purchases. Alternatively, add products to the basket and you can check out as a guest.
Yes, accept orders and ship worldwide, Please contact us for a shipping quotes if you are outside of NZ before you make your order.
Yes as long as we have not started to make your order, give us a ring, WhatsApp or call on 0272905386 and we are happy to discuss customizations and changes to your order.
Ready made and in stock Items: Take 1-2 days to be dispatched
Custom orders: Take between 5 -10 days depending on the product ordered. Large custom orders (with many custom products) may take longer. Please contact us for an eta.
If you need your order in a rush due to an emergency, hospital stay, flight etc please let us know and we will do our best to speed your order up for you.

Yes we can ship worldwide. Due to covid and rapidly changing shipping cost it's impossible to set up international shipping options. If you live outside of New Zealand please email with the items you would like to purchase and we will send you a shipping quote or fill in this shipping quote form.
Currently we use Pass the parcel for orders in the North and South Island and New Zealand post for PO Boxes and smaller New Zealand Island .
Yes you can, when we send out orders we send you a tracking number by email, you can track you parcel from us in auckland to your home, All parcels are signature required.
