Placing An Order


How do I place an order?

The best way to place an order is by creating an account via thMy Account on the top right of any page on our website Creating an Account is quick and easy and will allow you to track your order and collect loyalty points to redeem on future purchases. Alternatively, add products to the basket and you can check out as a guest.

Can I order outside of New Zealand?

Yes, accept orders and ship worldwide, Please contact us for a shipping quotes if you are outside of NZ before you make your order.

Can I change the customization of my order?

Yes as long as we have not started to make your order, give us a ring, WhatsApp or call on 0272905386 and we are happy to discuss customizations and changes to your order.

How long does my order take to be dispatched?

Ready made and in stock Items: Take 1-2 days to be dispatched

Custom orders: Take between 5 -10 days depending on the product ordered. Large custom orders (with many custom products) may take longer. Please contact us for an eta. 

If you need your order in a rush due to an emergency, hospital stay, flight etc please let us know and we will do our best to speed your order up for you.

How to use a coupon code?

To use a coupon code simply enter the code on check out, all code's are case sensitive. if you have problems with any coupon code, please check to expiry date and condition of the coupon code. If the code is still not working give us a call, WhatsApp or text on 0272905386

How long for delivery?

North Island 2-3 days

South Island 2-5 days 

You will be able to track your order from your account page or from the link on your invoice.

North Island  $6.50
South Island  $7.50

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we can ship worldwide. Due to covid and rapidly changing shipping cost it's impossible to set up international shipping options. If you live outside of New Zealand please email with the items you would like to purchase and we will send you a shipping  quote or fill in this shipping quote form.

What courier do you use?

Currently we use Pass the parcel for orders in the North and South Island and New Zealand post for PO Boxes and smaller New Zealand Island .

Can I track my order?

Yes you can, when we send out orders we send you a tracking number by email, you can track you parcel from us in auckland to your home, All parcels are signature required. 

I have not received my order or have a problem with the order?

We Very rarely have a problem with orders but if you encounter any problems please give a call, text or email
