Our Commitment to Sustainability
Here at The Neurodiversity Project, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. We believe in taking care of the planet while also taking care of our community. From the materials we choose to the way we work, we're committed to making choices that are eco-friendly, responsible, and impactful.

We actively reduce waste by recycling fabric and repurposing it for our monthly "give back" projects, creating sensory items for those in need. We also implement take-back programs to collect used products for recycling or repurposing, extending their lifecycle and minimizing waste.
In our workshop, we use energy-efficient LED lighting to optimize energy use. We support local businesses to reduce transportation emissions and contribute to a more sustainable local economy. Additionally, our website is hosted by a green server provider that invests in carbon offset projects to compensate for unavoidable emissions.

By making these choices, we strive to minimize our environmental impact while fostering a truly inclusive and supportive work environment, exclusively working with neurodiverse and hidden disabilities staff and contractors. We believe that even small choices can make a big difference, and by supporting The Neurodiversity Project, you’re investing in a healthier planet and a more
connected community.
